Employee’s install software required to complete projects. Once the project is completed an employee may not use the software again leading to an expensive license being tied-up. In such cases a rental/lease policy would optimize usage and minimize unnecessary license spend.

Set the period of the lease

Send custom notification email regarding lease expiry

Allow lease extension

Automatic un-install at the end of lease
License dashboard is updated

End-users can request software for a particular period of time. 14 days before lease expiry users get a notification and are allowed to extend the lease once. Through mail campaigns we also allow users to opt into having software they are not using returned to the store.
